Program rules
The details that keep the program fair and transparent.
- Payout trigger: Rewards activate after the referred customer pays their first invoice and clears a 30-day retention window.
- Clawback: Commission or credit is reversed if the referred customer churns within 60 days of their first payment.
- Attribution window: 90 days from referral link click to conversion.
- Exclusions: Self-referrals, prospects already in the episki pipeline (90-day lookback), and current episki customers are not eligible.
- Module upsell commission: Partners earn commission on modules the referred customer adds within the first 12 months at the partner's current tier rate.
- No stacking: Referral rewards cannot be combined with other promotional offers. The most favorable incentive will be applied.
- Fraud: Fraudulent or abusive referral activity (fake accounts, spam, incentivized signups) will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of all pending rewards.
- Program changes: episki reserves the right to modify or discontinue the program with 30 days' notice. Active rewards and earned commissions at the time of any change will be honored.
