Tier changes apply going forward only — never retroactively, in either direction. Same rule, both directions.
Tier up
5 → 6 workspaces

New discount applies immediately to any newly signed workspace. Existing workspaces move to the better tier at their next billing cycle.

Tier down
6 → 5 workspaces

Existing workspaces keep their current discount through the end of their billing cycle, then move to the lower tier at next billing. No retroactive charges, no clawbacks.

Program mechanics

  • Each workspace can be billed monthly or annually independently — partner discount applies regardless.
  • Tier applies to all workspaces in your book of business, not just new ones.
  • Tokens are pooled per workspace, not across your book.
  • Revenue share: 25% on Year 1 customer subscriptions you originate; 10% on renewals you actively manage.
